Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking
You will receive a refund totalling 100% of your reservation value. Should the stay be within 72 hours of the booking, the free cancellation policy will not apply.

If you cancel up to 7 days prior to check in.
You will receive a refund totalling 60% of your booking value.

If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to check in.
You will receive a refund totalling 30% of your booking value. Please note that no refund will be given to any cancelled reservation that is due to commence within 72 hours of the bookings date.

Can I invite additional guests other than the permitted number?
Unfortunately not. If guests are found to be accommodating more than the permitted amount of people, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately and their booking will be suspended.

Your accommodation sleeps 8 people, what if we have more than that?
If you would like to add any additional guest to your booking, they will have to reserve an additional suite.

I need to cancel my booking but I have already paid a deposit, am I eligible for a refund?
Please refer to our cancellation policy. Your refund amount will be dependent on when you made your booking and how soon your reservation is due to commence.

I paid using the deposit option, when is the remainder of the money due to be paid for my booking?
The remaining 50% of the balance will be due around 15 days prior to your check-in date.

How much is an overnight stay?
Our prices are subject to availability and demand. Overnight stay ranges between £280 and £1500.

Will I be charged any additional fees during my booking?
Management reserve the right to charge you in addition to your booking amount for any overstayed time or damage to the property.

How much will I be charged?
Overstay charges will be charged at £25.00 per 15 minutes over the scheduled check-out time. This will be debited directly from your account using the details you provided to us when you originally made your booking.

Damage in respect of property will be charged up to £300.00 subject to the severity of the damages caused. This will be debited directly from your account using the details you provided to us when you originally made your booking.

Is there an option for late check-out?
Check-out time is 10:00am however there is an option to extend this for an additional 1 hour to 11:00am at a cost of £ 38.00

Is parking available at the venue?
There are several (cheap) pay and display options around the surrounding streets such as the SIP Car park

Is bedding provided with the sofa beds?
Yes, we provide all bedding comforts

Can we bring my own alcohol during my stay?
Yes, you can bring your own alcohol.

Can I have a party during my stay?
We're all about the good vibes, Be sure to enjoy yourself but also be considerate of our neighbours as we located in a residential part of the city. Do not exceed background level music after 10.30pm and be sure to adhere to social distancing measures.
